Airwallex partners with Arsenal as official finance software provider

Airwallex becomes Arsenal's official finance software partner and presenting partner for the club’s 2025/26 Asia tour in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Arsenal Football Club has signed a multi-year global partnership with Airwallex, naming the global payments and financial services platform as its Official Finance Software Partner. The announcement, made on 18 July, also includes Airwallex as the Presenting Partner for Arsenal’s 2025/26 men’s pre-season tour across Singapore and Hong Kong.

As part of the collaboration, Airwallex’s services will be integrated into the club’s financial operations during the tour, and the two organisations will work together over time to improve Arsenal’s payment systems and related services. The partnership gives Airwallex access to the club’s men’s and women’s first team branding, allowing them to develop exclusive content for fans at Emirates Stadium throughout Premier League and Women’s Super League fixtures.

Supporting financial operations and global fan engagement

Juliet Slot, Chief Commercial Officer at Arsenal, welcomed the partnership, saying, “We’re delighted to welcome Airwallex as our new partner, and we’re excited to introduce them to our global family of Gooners on our Men’s tour to Singapore and Hong Kong. We look forward to working together over the coming years to drive efficiencies across our commercial operations. Our partners are an important part of the Arsenal family, fuelling our growth and supporting the investment that will bring us sustained success.”

The partnership is expected to play a role in streamlining the club’s financial workflows and enhancing digital transactions for both operations and fan-facing experiences.

Airwallex expands its global sports portfolio

Jack Zhang, Co-Founder and CEO of Airwallex, expressed pride in the partnership, stating, “Partnering with Arsenal is a proud moment for Airwallex. We are building the future of global banking, and that means working with brands and businesses that are committed to global reach, excellence and innovation – all attributes that are deeply embedded at Arsenal. Whether it’s helping the club save time and money in their day-to-day financial operations, or creating a smoother payments experience for supporters enjoying the football experience, we believe this collaboration will create real value for football, for businesses, and for aspirational people all around the world.”

The agreement marks Airwallex’s second global sports partnership, following its collaboration with McLaren Racing in Formula One. It also comes shortly after the company’s Series F fundraising round, which valued the business at US$6.2 billion, reinforcing its growing presence across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.
